amazing city stay!
central location helpful staff free perks
i stayed here recently and loved the central location. the staff were very helpful, especially with local recommendations. the free coffee and water were great perks. i enjoyed the convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
the room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me much.

central location helpful staff 5-star service
I enjoyed the central location. Shops and restaurants were very close. staff were helpful and arranged for my husband's coat to be shipped back after we left it behind. the service was 5-star.
the room was noticeably dusty. it seemed like it hadn't been used in a while. the bar was also closed throughout my stay, it was disappointing.

The location is quite convenient. It is near the main area with various restaurants and shops. the staff provided excellent service. They were very helpful. breakfast had a good selection.
the hotel seemed somewhat dated, not fully maintained and not like a true four-star experience. the overall quality was subpar. i saw some uncovered holes around the sink pipes in the bathroom and sharp screws sticking out from shelves.

great service bright feel cute experience clean room
it is near shops and restaurants, it made exploring simple. the hotel had a clean and bright feel. arthur provided amazing service, he cared about the guests. he ensured my phone had the right settings, it helped my exploration. i felt very welcomed.
the room had slightly dim lights and the sink had some clogging, i found it a bit inconvenient. the bathroom was also small. it made moving around a bit difficult. it was a small issue, the rest was top notch.

A Few Issues but an Acceptable Stay
great service staff kindness enough choices small rooms rough towels missing shower gel
The staff provided great service. I especially appreciated Saloua's kindness. I also found the breakfast to have enough choices.
The rooms were small. It reminded me of a Tokyo closet hotel. I was tripping over things. There was no shower gel provided and towels felt rough.
