really good service, perfect location
great breakfast personalised service
i found the breakfast choice great it included many options. the afternoon tea and cakes were freshly made on site and tasted superb. i appreciated local tips and tourist advice from the whole front desk team. luca led them brilliantly he was very kind.

delicious breakfast night turndown
The staff arranged a fantastic tour with Trish. She is an AMAZING guide! The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I REALLY liked the complimentary soup and cakes served at night. There was even an attentive day and night turndown service!
The Uber drop-off and pick-up area can get a little busy during peak hours.

the staff were amazing! they were friendly and could not do enough to. i also really liked that the hotel is very comfy and tidy.
my room was small and needed a bit of tlc. there was no fridge in the room :/
