i got a good room on the fifth floor. it was quite spacious! towels changing and bed making were done every day. the staff are friendly and helpful.

the breakfast seemed excellent. i thought the room felt a bit larger than i had expected. the staff seemed wonderful and thoughtful, even holding our luggage after checkout before the shuttle came. it was a kind convenience.
the entrance felt a bit old, and the lounge did look tired.

The room included air conditioning and a tv with many channels. It met all basic needs. the bedding felt new and crisp, with a comfortable mattress and a selection of pillows for different preferences.

i was so thrilled by the tasty breakfast, it was a great start to each day. the coffee was amazing, and the staff were super kind. our double or twin room was super clean and cleaned daily, which i really appreciated.
the room faced the street and it was quite noisy at night. the air conditioning did not work very well, and it was too hot. the decor felt a little outdated and could use a refresh, honestly.

non-functioning air conditioningsingle socket
the air conditioning didn't work . it made the room uncomfortably warm, very frustrating. also, i found only one socket in the entire room. it meant i could only use the fridge, the light, or the kettle. but not all at once. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
