limited menu missing telephone
the location was acceptable, as were some of the facilities.
the breakfast menu was quite limited, a real disappointment. even more frustrating, the room lacked a telephone. contacting reception required a physical trip, inconvenient and time-consuming.

slow service hard mattress
the service felt a little slow at times. i found myself waiting longer than i expected for assistance. also, the mattress in the room was firmer than i prefer. it made it difficult for me to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Really good Beachfront Stay

beach location interesting decor wide choice
I found the location very nice, right on the beach. The décor has a really interesting theme (Asian, Art Deco, Caribbean). The breakfast was also very good with flexible selection options.
The mattress in the room felt a little too firm for my preference.

The hotel's location is amazing, situated directly on the beach. I could easily access the sandy shores for walks and shell hunting (which i love). Surfers will also find this spot ideal.

The lobby and restaurant boast lovely designs, and I found several places to relax. There is a vinyl and CD player. a DVD player, i think it is amazing. Interesting walking routes are nearby.

The staff were very efficient and still found time to be chatty. They offered complimentary cocktails which i appreciated very much. They were very cute even when they were clearly busy.

direct access clean beach convenient snack
Our room featured direct beach access. It felt special. i loved hearing the ocean from the luxurious bed. i found the private beach very clean and the snack bar convenient. the cliff walk towards porth offered.. amazing views.
the breakfast menu felt somewhat limited in its range of options.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

limited breakfast menu no phone
The beach location was as expected. Hidden away from the town.
The breakfast selection felt quite limited, and the quality was mediocre. I also discovered no phone in the room. If you needed anything, you had to walk to reception yourself. It was quite an inconvenience.
