the staff was gentle. the location is central and near the train station. the breakfast had good coffee. croissants were available, and they were delicious.
I found the single room small. it was hot. the room had little light, even with the air conditioning set. the soap provided was not great. The samples were not very practical. it generated a lot of waste.

i found the location very convenient, especially as it is near the train station. the staff was always friendly and provided assistance whenever needed. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, i enjoyed the selection of pastries and fresh fruit (the croissants were delicious!).
the bathroom was a bit small, made maneuvering a little difficult.

broken latchesbath cubicle
The window latches were broken. The darkening panel would not close fully, and there were no curtains. I have NEVER been in a bath cubicle as bad as this one. It was unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard!!!
