I found the thermostat practical because it allowed temperature adjustments. The water filter system offered still and sparkling options, a thoughtful touch. Staff decorated my room with bunting and balloons for my birthday, it was a lovely surprise.

the location was fantastic. lovely staff were available. it had everything you needed from soap, shampoo etc to a hairdryer and a safe.

the beds were very hard. the double bed of our first room was very hard. the separate beds in our second room were softer, but they kept rolling away when you turned around.
