small roompoor lighting
the room was small it barely fit the bed i also found the lack of a refrigerator very inconvenient the bathroom lighting was poor making it difficult to see clearly these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay

the room was clean when i arrived. check-in was easy despite my early arrival. requests for additional pillows were completed quickly. i liked that the hotel is close to the subway, restaurants, and coffee shops.
The hotel's paint needed touching up. I noticed some chips in the paint, and some marks on touch points

Breakfast had wonderful food. The room and staff were friendly! i appreciated the water, tea and coffee station on the first floor, it was very convenient, and they provided takeaway cups.

The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee, and drinking water. Also a refillable bottle. It could fit two big pieces of luggage with one person. the hotel is well soundproofed.

The decor and bathroom design were very good. there was a nice big shower and good shelves around the basin. the room had hardwood flooring. This was a very nice touch. i appreciated the good space planning.

The location is superb. I could easily travel from the airport by limousine, and could also easily travel through the city on the metro. the hotel is close to amenities and attractions. it is in a fairly quiet area.

the room felt cramped. the bathroom lighting was too dim for practical use, especially when applying makeup. also, the breakfast service felt disorganized, with frequent shortages and long waits for food.
