I loved the central location close to notre dame cathedral! karen and ismael at the front desk were very helpful. They gave me directions and booked taxis daily. i found multiple little restaurants nearby and the seine is two blocks away. the staff cleaned the carpet to remove the smell, and they offered me coffee and breakfast as an apology (so nice!).
The old carpet throughout the hotel had a musty smell. It was noticeable in the hallway and the room.

The staff is friendly and helpful, especially wilson. He went the extra mile. the hotel operates 24/7 (a great feature). the staff is also very kind, positive, and speaks english well (bonus!).

the location was acceptable , near many attractions.
i found it difficult to relax there after a long day. i also noticed noise from other rooms and above me , which was irritating during the night.

The reception staff offered helpful information, and the cleaning staff maintained the room daily. Two good places for meals are just across the street from the hotel. Notre Dame is less than fifteen minutes away. I found it a convenient walk. I liked the hotel staff as they were very friendly, helpful, and always available. They promptly cleaned the carpet to remove the smell and offered us coffee. I appreciated their willingness to address concerns and ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's location proved ideal, placing us close to many attractions. I had easy access to local bistros and cafes. Paradis Latin was also a short walk away, providing entertainment options.
