convenient location and friendly service
great location friendly staff
the metro stops were close. this made getting around easy. the staff provided great recommendations for dinner. they were very helpful. my room had a balcony and i enjoyed watching the sunset from it

excellent location secure luggage great water pressure
The location was excellent for getting around. I appreciated being so close to the metro. the staff allowed me to leave my luggage securely after checkout. the shower had great water pressure. It was really refreshing after a long day!
the walls seemed thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

The hotel benefits from convenient access to both metro lines 1 and 8. reaching the hotel from the metro took only 3 minutes. several restaurants are very close by. This made dining out simple.

The location was convenient for my travel needs. It had close proximity to the metro and Gare de Lyon. Restaurants, a bakery and supermarket were nearby to me. The shelf in the shower was helpful.

i found everything i needed for a short stay. the location was very convenient. restaurants were close and the metro station was right around the corner. the reception staff were nice and helpful. i also used baggage storage room .
my room was small, it barely had enough space to move around the bed. it did not match the photos online, i found this quite disappointing.

breakfast had good value and it included several options, i saw it cost less than 11 euros per person. there is a bakery bar opposite the hotel, i enjoyed goddies there. restaurants and a macdonalds are also close.

my room had sheets, towels and a window, i liked the fresh air. it had a pleasant smell. the bed and pillows were comfortable. i found it clean and tidy with very good bathroom and shower.

The staff assisted me with storing items in their fridge since a minibar was unavailable in my room. I found the location safe and very convenient because it was a short walk to Gare du Lyon. The team was very accommodating with my child. I also noted a breakfast service, although I did not participate in it.
The room was quite small , with minimal space to move around the bed.

the hotel is near gare de lyon so traveling was easy. i received a warm welcome upon arrival. the staff helped me lock my door quickly. the room and bathroom had good cleanliness the bed offered comfort.
the lift was quite small requiring patience because of the wait time
