The hotel was immaculate it was beautifully decorated. The room was a King Room Garden View it had everything I needed. Breakfast was great the produce used was cooked to perfection.
I felt unwelcome from the outset the service was poor. One meal did not make it to the table due to not being printed. An automatic gratuity was added to the bill the service was not worth it.

the venue was well presented and super clean upon arrival.
i attended the new year's eve party and it was a very disappointing experience compared to last year. there were not enough tables or places to sit for everyone , i think they tried to cram too much in. the food was cold , with the steak pie dry and over cooked. karaoke went on for too long and the dj was tucked away in the snug.

The heated outdoor pool looked inviting. The breakfast included perfectly cooked items. I found the staff helpful. They provided quick service. Jacob, the waiter, stood out, he was very attentive. He.
The food was not as good as expected. Some dishes were only lukewarm. I felt a bit surprised. I had to leave at 10 p.m., even with unfinished wine.

The hotel is situated in a cute rural village. It is a perfect location. I found the venue beautiful. It is in a gorgeous setting. The outdoor pool area is a hidden gem.

The general manager was very attentive. She ensured our stay met all expectations. Nothing was too much to ask from her and her dedicated team. Laura from reception was fantastic. She was friendly.

the rooms had a very excellent standard. i also found the outdoor pool amazing. i thought it a pleasant thing to do in december, warm and inviting.
i didn't feel welcome from the outset. there was a private function in the bar, so i sat in reception waiting for my family. i was visited by 3 staff who asked why i was there but were not asked if i would like anything while waiting. one meal did not make it to the table because it was not printed on the order for some reason.
