super clean roomlovely staff

the location proved great. the view offered was superb, and the staff seemed lovely and attentive. the room itself was spotlessly clean. i found this aspect of the hotel very helpful and comforting, and the city provided much fascination, especially the vibrant atmosphere surrounding carnaval.

the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. they proved prepared to assist clients even after check-out, i greatly appreciated this. i was offered a room to keep luggage and a bathroom to shower after visiting the beach before my flight.

The hotel's location was convenient. It sits right on the seafront and a bus station is nearby for island exploration. the breakfast buffet was fabulous. There were so many options available, i found it great value. the hotel even had english signage. it was very clear and easy to understand. The front desk staff spoke english too.

I had a room that faced an interior courtyard. It had no natural light, and a strange smell lingered. the housekeepers tried to mask the odor with scent, but it seemed to make it worse.

My room was clean. It had air conditioning and free wifi which was great. fresh towels were provided daily, should i have requested them, and the housekeeping service did a good job.

The reception staff were helpful. They assisted with directions, and gave tips on getting around. i also appreciated the friendly cafe staff. They always greeted me with a smile and seemed genuinely happy.

The noise was a real problem. cleaners started early, around 7 or 8 am and i could hear everything. the room rate felt too high. Nearly 100 pounds a night for a three-star hotel in march is just not reasonable.
