the staff was very helpful! the room had a big, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. the hotel's location was convenient, a short walk from the grand bazaar. i found a pide bakery nearby, a nice surprise for quick meals.

Excellent Stay in a New Building
clean room comfortable beds new building
The building seemed new. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned daily. Staff provided great hospitality. The beds were comfortable.
The lift didn't work for two days.

The hotel location is central in the European part. It is close to the bazaar and everything needed for exploring this side of the city. I reached many points of interest by walking.

the staff was super helpful and friendly. they were ready for any assistance. the rooms were clean and cozy.
