shuttle service regular bus gorgeous pool spacious area excellent breakfast tasty food strong smell perfume odor bad resolution poor tv cleaning products unpleasant scent
I found the shuttle service to the beach so convenient. It runned very often. The pool area was gorgeous and provided much space for everyone to relax. The breakfast in the restaurant tasted excellent.
My room had a strong smell when I entered. It smelled like cleaning products. The television have bad resolution. It made watching shows not pleasant.

adequate but underwhelming
cramped room noisy air conditioning
the location was acceptable and offered convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the room size was smaller than expected for a suite it felt cramped especially with luggage. the air conditioning unit on the balcony was very loud it also took up a significant amount of space. the shower drain was clogged the water overflowed during use.

friendly staff great benefit
the staff was friendly (always smiling!). the complimentary bus to the beach and to boat avenue shops was a great benefit. the restaurant provided excellent food quality. happy hour and meal deals made it great value.
there was a slight lack of sun loungers near the pool. (i managed anyway).

Acceptable, but a Few Issues
sun lounger shortage musty smell
The staff was friendly and helpful. That I can say
I was disappointed by the lack of available sun loungers. It seemed like people reserved them early and didn't even use them most of the day. This was frustrating as I wanted to relax by the pool. Also the room smelled a bit musty, maybe from the air conditioning, and it wasn't pleasant.

fresh pancakes great value free shuttle
The breakfast had a great variety of items , including fresh pancakes. The Infuse restaurant was amazing AND the happy hour had great value. A shuttle bus to the beach was FREE , so i did not need a rental vehicle.
i found the swimming pool to be slightly small , though adequate.
