The staff was helpful. They showed us to a nice room. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of cereals and fruit. Fresh coffee was made to order at breakfast.
The air con in my room was not working and the heat was unbearable. I asked the man at reception a number of times and he barely spoke to me. He came in the room and pressed some buttons on the air on remote and left the room without saying anything. The fourth time he fixed it, but it was 1am.
