the staff showed real kindness, it touched my heart. the location felt central, everything was a stroll away. breakfast offered a wide selection, a delicious start to the day.
our room had excessive furniture, it made moving difficult. the toilet room felt small, i could barely close the door. the view from the balcony door was obstructed by a wall, no windows available.

I really enjoyed the hotel's canal-side location. It provided picturesque views. The staff was cute, especially Lionel, who ensured breakfast service was efficient. I found the daily room service to be very efficient. the rooms were kept beautifully.
