The hotel provided an awesome customer experience right when i arrived! the staff was helpful. They always answered questions. the breakfast assortment had fresh food! i was able to get to local attractions with train, tram, bus and walking.
the soundproofing needs improvements because i could hear the traffic!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a wide range of delicious local items and perfect coffee. The staff showed superb manners and attentiveness to all my needs. Elisa helped me organize a tour of the Chianti region. I am very grateful.
The bottled water policy was disappointing. I expected at least one complimentary bottle per guest per day. I was charged daily just to have it replaced. This seemed absurd. the hotel is located by a very busy road. This was not great. I found the lack of a smart TV in the room inconvenient.
