overrated stay near the acropolis

honestly, i was expecting more for the price. the room seemed a bit dated, and i thought a five-star place would have paid closer attention to the details. also, the rooftop restaurant was closed for a private event one night. i understand these things happen, but it was still a letdown when i wanted a drink with that view. there was a strong perfume smell upon entering , made me sneeze quite a bit.

The location provided easy access to key attractions. I liked the short walk to the Acropolis. The rooftop restaurant presented an amazing view and the food was delicious. The staff were always willing to help. They were also very kind.

My room seemed a bit old. I noticed missing paint chips. There was a strange smell in the bathroom. I think the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

the gym was great. it had the equipment i needed.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear a lot of noise from other guests, especially late at night. this made it difficult to relax, and getting a good night's sleep was a challenge. also, the check-in process was delayed. I had to wait longer than expected to get to my room.
