Truly Charmed by The Hospitality

The guest relations team, especially Ruya, was very supportive. The rooms featured great design. The outdoor pool was a pleasant, unexpected addition. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, particularly I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs!
The journey to central areas required a couple of metro changes. It took about 20 minutes! though metro was cheap.

lack of cleanlinessrude manager
The first room i had was not very clean. There was hair on the pillow, i found that so unhygienic. the smart tv didn't work properly, and only a few basic channels were available. I expected more variety. the front desk manager was unhelpful and quite rude when i mentioned these issues. i reminded me of my concerns were dismissed, i did not enjoy that attitude.

I was very pleased with the staff and hotel facilities. Everything seemed excellent. The nearest metro station is only a short walk away. This made exploring the area simple. The hotel also offered good value for the price.
The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. I noticed a taxi stand right below my room and it was noisy at night. Loud talking and music made it hard to sleep. I also found it difficult to get things done. I had to call reception multiple times, and sometimes they did not answer.
