fantastic stay!
modern equipmentfriendly staffideal locationamazing breakfast
i stayed there for a business trip and wow. the rooms featured modern equipment perfect for productive work. i was very impressed by the friendly staff.. they were always available. the location was also ideal, close to major business spots and public transport. breakfast was amazing and of super high quality too.
the air conditioning was a bit loud.. i did open the window.

the on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialities. i really enjoyed the fresh ingredients used in their dishes as well as the beautiful presentation. the breakfast buffet included hot and cold options, with plentiful choices.

the superior king room had a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious work area. the room had blackout curtains, a mini-fridge. complimentary tea and coffee. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries, so wonderful.

The guest relations team, especially Ruya, was very supportive. The rooms featured great design. The outdoor pool was a pleasant, unexpected addition. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, particularly I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs!
The journey to central areas required a couple of metro changes. It took about 20 minutes! though metro was cheap.

lack of cleanlinessrude manager
The first room i had was not very clean. There was hair on the pillow, i found that so unhygienic. the smart tv didn't work properly, and only a few basic channels were available. I expected more variety. the front desk manager was unhelpful and quite rude when i mentioned these issues. i was like my concerns were dismissed, i did not enjoy that attitude.

I was very pleased with the staff and hotel facilities. Everything seemed excellent. The nearest metro station is only a short walk away. This made exploring the area simple. The hotel also offered good value for the price.
The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. I noticed a taxi stand right below my room and it was noisy at night. Loud talking and music made it hard to sleep. I also found it difficult to get things done. I had to call reception multiple times, and sometimes they did not answer.
