the room was beautiful with everything we could need!!! staff were friendly and helpful! we enjoyed our overnight stay and would gladly return. the hotel had a great location and the service was amazing.
there was not quite enough milk for the coffee machine.

i found the hotel rooms a great size. it had all of the essentials. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. the hotel looked amazing dressed for christmas.
the bedside LIGHT was inadequate.

fine skylight bubbly welcome easy check-in attentive staff
i got a fine skylight and a bubbly welcome! the staff remembered my name, elizabeth, so cool. julie made check-in super easy and rick was attentive during breakfast. alfie's pints at the pub was awesome!
the tv wires looked like a mess of tape. i did fiddle with it and got a picture eventually, but still!

the location is great for walks! it is near the common and bus routes to the train station. i like it is very quiet at night, that way i can sleep without any disturbances. how fun is that!

The room had modern facilities, including a coffee machine. I appreciated the cleanliness. The staff were helpful and cute. They assisted with my luggage upon arrival. I found the location to be advantageous for accessing the surrounding area.

great location friendly staff nice menu selection broken tv jumbled wires uncomfortable pillows
The location is excellent for exploring. The staff members were all very friendly and professional. I liked the room service menu as it has a nice variety.
The tv in the room did not work properly. There was a mass of jumbled wires behind it, taped together. Half the tape had fallen off. The pillows were not comfortable.
