really good locationeasy reach
the location is really good, the seine was just at the street's end. a metro station is close by, also lovely restaurants and bars are within easy reach.
the hotel did not have a refrigerator in my room.

i found the staff very helpful. they maintained cleanliness daily in rooms and changed the towels daily. the bed offered great comfort! the hotel's location is perfect. it is close to several cafes.
the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and it was not included in the room rate.

i appreciated the hotel's location near pont neuf it was central. the staff was friendly and helpful particularly laurie at reception i found her service really good. the breakfast included a wide selection of meats fruit and pastries.
the hairdryer in my room resembled a vacuum hose i think it needs replacement

the beautiful room had clean and starched linen it also had daily towel replacements. coffee and tea were replenished daily this was a great service. the room was warm .

the hotel is close to the louvre and notre dame allowing easy access. many bars and restaurants are nearby offering many choices. the hotel is on a quiet street considering its central location.

the reception staff were polite and very helpful . aymerick at the reception assisted with every request making my stay enjoyable. staff ensured a pleasant experience they were very attentive.

The location are great. I could walk to the river and lots of great cafes. The room had good size and the bed are comfortable. Staff members were all lovely. The spaces were vibrant and interesting.
The carpet should be replaced. Some parts were faded. The room had an old and stuffy smell. I think the smell comes from the old carpet. One of the closet door handles was broken.

the location was really good. i had easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, and finding my way around was simple. the staff were helpful and friendly, they helped me with directions and recommendations.
the room i stayed in needed some updates. i noticed the carpet looked faded. there was a strange smell. the closet door could not fully open, and the handle was broken. the air conditioning did not work very well.
