a dreamy getaway
metro stationspolite staffsmall room
the hotel location aided exploring local shops. the proximity to metro stations eased travel across town. i noticed polite staff ready with suggestions. breakfast was a treat, with a wide range of pastries.
One thing, though, was not ideal. The room was a little small for the price i paid. i hoped for a larger space.

the room has an elegance. i SAW a very good water pressure in the shower. also, the toilet area felt quite SPACIOUS, so that was very good.

The staff members showed genuine care. everyone seemed very EFFICIENT and cute. concierge service provided helpful directions to local attractions and dining spots. Those made everything easier.

The location allowed easy access to shopping and attractions. Staff quickly arranged transport when needed. Breakfast offered essential items. The hotel provided a quiet atmosphere after busy days.
Limited english channels were available on the tv.

The spa includes a sauna with seating for four people. There is a steam room available plus three treatment rooms. Lockers are provided and secured by electronic key access plus there are separate changing areas.

Excellent Boutique Experience

The location offers convenient access to many restaurants. The area is very vibrant. I especially liked that the hotel is well maintained. The staff was helpful. They kept everything very clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Fresh-cut fruit, pastries, and cooked options were available.
The air conditioning command had a problem in my room. It was fixed only after a day and two attempts. This was quite an inconvenience .

The staff were friendly and discreet. They addressed requests promptly. The room service operated efficiently. I found the team helpful and efficient, even with minor requests.

Breakfast included fresh pastries, varied bread, cheese, and ham. A nespresso coffee station provided excellent espresso. Fresh-cut fruit and a selection of juices were also available each morning, which i found very useful. the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is situated near restaurants, grocery shops, and metro stations. Many major attractions are within walking distance. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. access was very easy.
