A Golden Retreat
good bed super clean room temporary password
The room was a good size and super clean! The bed was comfortable. I had the best sleep. Staff made sure my valuables were safe after I forgot to lock my safe. I appreciated that. They even created a new temporary password while I was gone.
The rooftop pool could use better upkeep.

Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the fresh pastries and local fruit selections with a great start to my days.

golden and gaudy, but basics lacking
few options rude staff
the room was a decent size, i guess, so at least i didn't feel claustrophobic.
this hotel really tries to impress with gold everywhere, and it fails. the breakfast buffet had so few options, and the staff acted like i was bothering them. i asked for a pot of tea, and they just said no, like it was some crazy request.
