the hotel grounds seemed well kept, so that was acceptable.
I was pretty let down by the restaurant service. we waited a long time for our food, and other guests received their orders first, even though they arrived later. the waiter also dropped a knife and didn't pick it up. That posed a safety hazard. the prices did not match the experience.

The location was convenient for attending a nearby wedding. The pool and pool bar were definitely highlights, I used them multiple times . I thought the room sizes were fairly good and comfortable.
I found that scheduled fitness activities sometimes did not take place. This affected the fitness offerings. I would have enjoyed a yoga session on Sunday.

i found the breakfast amazing. the hotel staff was very friendly to me. welly kids is wonderful and they've a great outdoor space with fun activities for children. i especially appreciated the secured space (i not sketchy at all!).
I was a bit disappointed with the external walls. They seemed covered in damp. i hope they address this soon to maintain the hotel's overall appeal. (aesthetics matter!)
