Really good Stay Near Entertainment

convenient shuttle friendly staff well-kept room

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to the theme park. This service eliminated parking hassles. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Our room was clean and well-kept, meeting expectations.

The in-room cooler was smaller than expected.

Acceptable but With Issues

overcharging incident valet parking

The room included great facilities with a comfy bed it was acceptable

I faced overcharging on two occasions I think it affects the trust. The New Year's Eve dinner bill had errors it concerned me. I also got charged for three valet parking services I never used I don't like that.

the resort encouraged family time in open areas. smores were available around a fire pit even in warm weather. the hotel offers ping pong and pools for entertainment. there were large tables with games inside the main entry.

the gym lacked equipment, and elevator placement caused long walks to our room.

staff members serving lemonade displayed an really good level of kindness and were very helpful. the servers at the breakfast buffet were very attentive both days. the lady in the gift shop offered great assistance friday morning.

the hotel offers a starbucks on site, a significant advantage for coffee lovers. dolly's cinnamon bread is sold there, a delicious treat. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with food available near the lobby too.

splendid resort stay

christmas decoration stocked room bus transport

i appreciated the christmas decorations and the readiness of the fire pits. rooms were comfortable and well stocked with all conveniences. the bus transport to the park proved easy, i used it for a quick round trip. i liked preferred passes into the park and free parking.

i found the room quite basic with two queen beds. a threadbare towel was in my newly cleaned room. the value received didn't feel quite adequate for the price.

Really good Family Experience

clean resort beautiful finishes convenient shuttle

I found the entire resort to be clean, with beautiful finishes throughout. The pool was very nice. I made sure to use the convenient pool-side food and beverage service. I also greatly appreciated the easy access to the park via the provided shuttle.

My only minor issue was with the room's cooler, a bit too small for storing many items.
