wow! a super place to chill and eat!

the electric bikes were available for rent right at the hotel. the onsite restaurant had amazing food. oysters and lobster! room 19 was a big room and beautifully decorated. it was sparkling clean. the bed allowed me a good night sleep.

communication before arrival was poor. the room had no heating when the temperature was 12 degrees. staff training needs improvement, despite their friendliness. one english speaker helped resolve issues, though it took considerable time.

I enjoyed the hotel's great location and the maps they provided for cycling around the local area! the breakfast was also amazing. I especially liked the continental breakfast with the option to get eggs! sunny-side-up eggs on toasted french bread were a real treat!
communication was a bit slow before i arrived, but the staff quickly resolved any issues once i was there.
