Basic Stay with Some Issues

The room looked quite worn. Old tiles covered the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, it felt dated. the shower had no hot water one morning, it was barely lukewarm. The reception staff were not very helpful, I asked for an invoice but never received it by email, even though they promised to send it to me.

the breakfast included various options. it met basic expectations.
The location wasn't ideal. It's quite far from the main attractions. getting to the city required significant travel time. also, i wasn't impressed with the service i received from the waiter during dinner. An error with the order resulted in extra charges on the bill.

The hotel staff provided really good assistance. They waited for me at the station, since I was delayed. The restaurant even found vegan options for me (which I really appreciated). The rooms offered high standards of cleanliness.

The breakfast had various beverages, pastries and fresh fruits. I also noticed cakes, ham, bacons, scrambled egg, salads, cereals and assorted nuts were available. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
