constant street noiselittle sound insulation
The noise level was a real problem. Street noise was constant throughout the night , with sirens and loud music disturbing my sleep. The windows provided little sound insulation , and this was made worse by a noticeable gap under the door. I expected a quieter environment for the price I paid.

The location was close to union square and accessible to public transportation..
I found the gap under the door let in a lot of street noise. the toilet flush was quite loud and could be heard from other rooms, so it made it hard to sleep.

The front desk staff were very courteous. i found the location central and convenient. the room was spacious, a big plus for me. the bed was comfy. I slept well each night.
i noticed a small gap under the door, and it let in some street sound.

the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful (i appreciated this a lot). from housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was very attentive. i particularly enjoyed the happy hour on the roof lounge on wednesday and friday.

The remodeled bathroom impressed ME. It featured modern fixtures and provided ample space. I found the coffee maker IN the room quite useful. It allowed me to start my mornings conveniently.
