fantastic lodging experience
soft bathrobe beach bike different room convenient location
the staff was cute. i enjoyed the bathrobes (they were indeed soft) and the complimentary access to beach bikes. the location was convenient for exploring. i found the unique rooms to be a plus for a different hotel feel.
the air conditioning wasn't particularly strong, i would have liked it to be a little colder.

the bed was comfortable enough.
The room i got was small. I had booked a "persona queen" but it felt more like a closet, it was difficult to move around with my luggage and, honestly, i felt a little claustrophobic.

comfy robes friendly staff special attention
The room included separate duvets! The robes were very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful with tourist questions. so kind and attentive.
The surrounding neighborhood presented challenges with unhoused individuals.

The lobby bar serves a simple breakfast! I found a nice coffee machine too, for a quick caffeine fix. a selection of teas and juices were available, which i found AMAZING!!!

yesha and raven provided excellent service. i found a parking garage right next door and i appreciate that a lot. the room decor was amazing. It.
The first room i received was near the lift. i wanted a quiet room, so i requested a change. i was given a different room. I think it was in a higher rate category though.

Acceptable But Noisy Experience
thin walls room size
The location was pretty convenient.
The walls felt paper thin, so sleep was difficult. Street noise, including sirens and loud music, continued late into the night. The room was also smaller than I expected. Maneuvering with luggage was tricky.

A cool Pineapple Experience!
quirky hotel awesome decor kind staff central location
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel decor is awesome. It is all pineapple themed, the toilet paper too. The staff was kind. The enviroment looked clean and the location is central. I'll return to this place.
