easy check in union square cozy atmosphere gas smell broken furniture low quality bed
the staff was friendly and check in was easy. the location was great for getting around Union Square. the sister hotel had a super breakfast that I accessed with my room key. the atmosphere felt adorable and cozy.
There WAS gas smell in the room due to the firepit. the furniture felt broken. the bed felt AWFUL. It was low quality.

charming stay in convenient location
comfortable bed breakfast pastries
the queen room fireplace was equipped with a very comfortable bed. i found the fireplace to be a welcome addition, especially given the cool evenings. i also appreciated having access to complimentary tea, coffee, and water around the clock. the breakfast pastries offered were good and fresh.
I found the noise level from adjacent rooms to be quite noticeable. the thin walls allowed sound to travel easily. this impacted my ability to relax fully. Sleep was difficult to achieve.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to several local attractions. i appreciated the ease with which i could walk to various points of interest. this made exploring the area efficient.

The staff members i encountered demonstrated excellent knowledge of the surrounding area. They offered helpful dinner recommendations. their advice greatly enhanced my dining experiences. their friendliness contributed to a positive atmosphere.
