The rooftop terrace offered a spot for balloon viewing. That was special. the staff helped book balloon rides. It was convenient. my room had floor heating. I appreciated that in january 2024.
The pool was very cold. I couldn't stay in it for long. i noticed that the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. I spotted some mold. the room near reception was noisy. I had trouble resting well.

the location was great. The staff arranged tours and balloon rides for us. It was a beautiful hotel and the room was very confortable.. next time i am back i will stay here. I found a love for the room and the service they provided.
the pool was too cold. Most people just laid around it without really getting in. This was one of the main reasons we booked, as my children were very disappointed.
