underwhelming stay with basic amenities

delicious evening mealmissing electricitysteep hill

the evening meal tasted delicious after a long day of travel.

the room lacked electricity and relied solely on candles. reading was impossible after 9 pm because of the dim lighting. i also found carrying my luggage up the steep hill to the riad without any assistance very frustrating.
