Excellent Hotel Experience
great locationmodern gymdirty room
I appreciated the proximity to the Ku'damm and public transportation. It was easy to walk to the Zoo and Wittenbergplatz. The gym and sauna were spacious with modern equipment. The bar staff was great. They made excellent cocktails each evening before dinner.
The initial room cleaning was not up to standard. There were hairs on the bed. There were also traces of fruit in the refrigerator and dried fruit on the floor. Dust was noticeable throughout the room.

This hotel offers convenient access to many attractions. The proximity to the Ku'damm is a definite advantage, placing guests near shops and dining options. Public transport links are also easily accessible from the hotel.

The staff provided very efficient service during breakfast. The bar staff created awesome cocktails, and clearly cared about guest experiences. I noted the team members worked very hard to meet my expectations.

The spacious room included all modern amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly during a hot period. I found electric sockets and USB ports next to the bed, helpful for charging my devices.

The hotel's location was excellent for my trip. Easy access to transport.
I found the coffee/milk and sugar allowance in the room to be a little stingy. Seemed they were counting every packet.
