I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. Jenny at check-in was especially cute. The hotel's location is convenient, it is close to the Burjuman metro station and mall. I also liked the variety of food offered during breakfast.
I noticed the hotel charges extra for internet service. This was unexpected.

The breakfast had both indoor and outdoor seating options. Servers were attentive. There were less spicy options suitable for children. A dedicated Indian breakfast section was available with regional specialties, this was a nice touch.

The hotel benefits from its location. Local shops are nearby. The hotel is close to Burjuman Mall and metro station, about a 5-6 minute walk. This makes accessing different parts of the city straightforward.

There are two swimming pools available . One is on the first floor. Another pool can be found on the 19th floor providing city views. I also appreciated the presence of friendly lifeguards at both pools.

i stayed in A spacious room with a large bed. the bathroom included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also available. the breakfast had many options and fresh ingredients were used.
the gym only had four running machines.
