thoughtful gesture free drinks
the front desk staff asked if i needed a shower chair for my grandfather, this was thoughtful. i was also upgraded to the executive lounge floor, so i got free drinks in the evening and meals. it. was a lovely surprise.

fresh fruits breakfast buffet
the room had a spacious layout (i really liked that). a rainfall shower was included too. the breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the selection of fresh fruits and pastries. i appreciated that.
the gym equipment looked a little dated.

broken shower unhelpful staff
The room was spacious, a plus.
The front desk staff was not very helpful. They seemed unsure about executive lounge access. The rain shower in my room was broken. the drawer kept sliding open on its own.
