reception area room design ping pong table
i found the reception area well kept, and the staff were always ready to assist. the room's meticulous design provided a comfortable stay. the ping pong table provided additional entertainment during my downtime, i very much enjoyed it.
the bathroom light was too bright, i think a warm tone would be better.

the friendly staff helped with my luggage. the location was central to everything. breakfast was good and vegan options were provided.
my room had a very bright bathroom light. i could hear people walking in the hall outside my room. pillows were very soft and not supportive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . They did a great job cleaning and maintaining the room daily. The concierge helped book trips and arrange a car hire with no issues. The travel desk was friendly and provided useful information.
The hotel seemed a little run down. I think there could be some updating to meet expectations for a Hilton hotel.
