easy check in nice room free water early knocks cafeteria service smelly staff
check in was super simple. the room was nice. the free water bottles was a great extra.
house keeping needs to be better. they knocks early. the cafeteria guy needs more hospitality skills. elevators were being used by staff with freight, it smelled bad.

complimentary shuttle attentive staff clean towels
the provided shuttle service to universal was convenient and complimentary. i found the sunshine cafe staff kind and attentive . the pool was very lovely, with clean towels consistently available.
the parking fee seemed a bit high.

king bed free shuttle park access cold hot tub thin blanket air conditioner vent
I only stayed one night. The room had a king bed. It was comfortable. The free shuttle to the parks was very convenient.
The air conditioner blew directly on my face while I slept. The blanket provided seemed thin. It looked like two sheets stitched together. The hot tub was also too cold.
