i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, steps away from everything. the room was very spacious and clean, it had all necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the 24-hour reception and the option to leave luggage after checking out..
we had to carry our luggage down a few steps, but it was manageable.

the staff was very friendly and always available. they helped us book a transfer to the airport (very helpful). the breakfast was nice and it was easy to book. the location is great, very central to everything.
the room lacked a coffee maker. (that would be a plus)
