central and convenient!
central location helpful staff short walk
the location was central. main attractions are only a short walk away. the front desk staff showed great consideration for my needs, particularly since i was travelling alone. the room had air conditioning!
The website needs updating. It stated that complimentary coffee, tea, water, pastries, and fruit are available 24/7. this was available only at breakfast.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful, they readily provided suggestions. they were also quick to address any concerns i raised , appreciated.

Breakfast included several options. I found the selection good. there was a variety of breads, cheeses, and fruits. the coffee machine made several beverages, including cappuccinos.

the hotel's location provided easy access to many points of interest. it was close to major shopping streets. i also found several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

the room included a large television with multiple channels. the bathroom was quite spacious and clean, it also had modern fixtures. the bed provided excellent support, it helped ensure a good night's sleep.

a romantic haven
helpful staff perfect location spacious room 24-hour reception
i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, steps away from everything. the room was very spacious and clean, it had all necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the 24-hour reception and the option to leave luggage after checking out..
i noticed the elevator stops only on odd-numbered floors. we had to carry our luggage down a few steps, but it was manageable.

the rooms feature calm decor. complimentary toiletries are provided, they enhance the sense of luxury. breakfast includes cereals, fresh bread, and croissants and cooked eggs are served.

the hotel is in the downtown area, with major attractions within a short walk. a metro station is just a two-minute walk away, providing easy access to other parts of the city. the 28 tram is available nearby.

Central Location and Helpful Staff
friendly staff central location nice breakfast
the staff was very friendly and always available. they helped us book a transfer to the airport (very helpful). the breakfast was nice and it was easy to book. the location is great, very central to everything.
the room lacked a coffee maker. (that would be a plus)

the room was spacious, very clean, light and bright. it had a bathtub inside (a plus!). the room offered enough space and quietness for a restful stay, even though it's located in the city center.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. My room had a very comfortable bed and large towels were always available.
The elevator access required using stairs to reach my floor.
