the location was superb. public transport was nearby. i also appreciated the 24-hour reception.. it. the staff was really helpful with directions.
the coffee machine at breakfast was a bit complicated to figure out at first.

this place is practically in the heart of the action. many attractions are really close. the metro stop is basically next door to the hotel making it easy to get around.

the front desk staff provided prompt assistance. they addressed my questions quickly. i was also able to leave my luggage with them after checking out which was very convenient.
