loud footstepsunsafe area
The noise really got to me since this building isn't exactly new. every footstep above sounded like a herd of elephants. also the area felt a bit dicey. I wouldn't wander around alone at night or flash any fancy jewelry

poor insulationcrowded breakfast
The noise insulation was not good! i could hear everything from the hallway, it was quite distracting. also, the breakfast area got crowded, and there was often a wait for a table. That was frustrating. i also found the lack of an elevator inconvenient, especially with luggage.

I found a couple things a bit disappointing. the room i had was quite small. It was hard for two people to move around the bed. also, the towels were a bit rough. They could use replacing. the staff seemed nice enough, but these details did impact my stay.
