The parking was SOMEWHAT distant, though manageable. It took a bit of time to get there.

i found the location very central. the building was attractively quirky. the room had super fluffy towels. the bed was huge.
parking was a bit distant but manageable.

The shower was GREAT.
The nesting seagulls were right outside the window. They screamed all night long. I got NO sleep. The noise was unbearable!
