I found the breakfast service lovely! The staff member was very attentive. The room was also very spacious. It felt good. Quick and easy check-in made my arrival smooth.

i was woken up at 1am! a big group of people ran around the corridors and shouted outside my room. there was no shower gel in the room. i found the receptionist very rude and argumentative when i asked about a parking charge.

the staff were friendly. the setting has a large lawn and woodlands. i appreciated having a safe in the room, though it was small.

i stayed here for three nights. my double room had only one chair. i also noticed the toilet seat was broken and had a big screw poking up. the view was not ideal because it faced the a3 portsmouth road, and it wasn't what i expected.

I was surprised to see the bar staff started cleaning the beer lines at 8:15 pm (peak hours, naturally). they said they wouldn't serve draft drinks for an hour (wow). the manager said this needed to be done during peak hours, supposedly because the lines get heavily used then. Honestly, it sounded like complete nonsense. also, i found the hotel charged extra for parking, even though there really wasn't any other option

the gym was well equipped. i saw ample parking available for all rooms. i particularly enjoyed the walk over the back lawns, and i spotted some rabbits there. the on-site restaurant was a plus.
