missing fridgestained shower
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. i also found myself wishing for a telephone to contact reception directly, especially since my room faced the main road. The noise was quite bothersome when the windows were open. it wasn't ideal. i also noted that the shower was stained, and the grouting needed a good cleaning.

The staff was friendly and the food tasted good.
The room felt quite basic for the price, similar to a budget hotel. It should have been better equipped. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, concerning, and the noisy extractor fan ran whenever the bathroom light was on. This made it difficult to leave a light on at night without disturbing my sleep.

I found the staff to be kind. They were understanding and efficient,. Everything went well. The hotel provided a calm and well-organized environment. The hotel room size was GREAT!!!
Unfortunately, there wasn't a fridge in the room. I would have appreciated having one to keep drinks cool.
