super clean cleanliness breakfast delivery central location
I really liked the cleanliness. Everything was super clean. breakfast was delivered to my room each morning. the location was close to the main square. I could walk there in just a few minutes.

limited menu inadequate pool service
the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby amenities
the breakfast was a complete letdown i had to order the day before and it came to the room wrong every single time the menu felt limited and confusing the lack of a proper pool service was a real letdown i expected better

A Pleasant Stay
cute staff helpful information beautifully kept strong draught storage space busy road
I found the staff very warm. They provided useful information about the island. The hotel grounds were kept beautifully. The pool and rooms overlook the ocean. I found this very peaceful.
The air conditioning unit was directly in front of the bed. This caused some problems with the draught. I also found a lack of storage space for longer stays. The walk to the caldera involved a climb or a walk along a busy road with no walkways.
