Excellent Stay with Great Service

kind staffamazing viewlimited space
The staff was genuinely kind from arrival to departure. Our Double Room Caldera View had AMAZING views. I particularly enjoyed that the hotel organized airport transfers at a lower price than the local market. The hotel also arranged various excursions for the guests.
The gym was small. I found only 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. The gym's limited space was a drawback for a 5-star hotel.
