transfer service breakfast buffet uncomfortable lounge chairs small shower
the room was clean the service was superb. the breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh fruits sweets and breads. i appreciated the transfer service it was cheaper compared to the market price.
the lounge chairs on the balcony were not comfortable i could not lay down. the small shower had no door the water backed up outside.

a dream come true!
breakfast buffet caldera view
this hotel did feel very special. the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. i saw a wonderful view each morning when i woke. the serenity suite caldera view hot tub room felt luxurious.
the hot tub needed a temperature adjustment. it was difficult to get it just right, i feel.

the pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded spots, i saw. the restaurant offers greek cuisine. the hotel provides quick laundry service and a well stocked minibar, i appreciate that.

Some issues
hairdryer malfunction broken chair
The view from the room was acceptable.
Unfortunately, the hairdryer in my room caught fire and burned my hand. The electricity went out. A wooden lounge chair on the balcony also shattered. The hotel did not offer an apology, even after I reported these problems to the staff. The outdated air conditioner only worked intermittently and there was no tv in the room.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
kind staff amazing view
The staff was genuinely kind from arrival to departure. Our Double Room Caldera View had AMAZING views. I particularly enjoyed that the hotel organized airport transfers at a lower price than the local market. The hotel also arranged various excursions for the guests.
The gym was small. I found only 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. The gym's limited space was a drawback for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel features a spa center, offering massages and various treatments. The outdoor pool area includes about 20 loungers with a shaded area for relaxation. It is a great feature for those, who prefer to stay away from direct sunlight.
