fresh juice greek yogurt fine view
the breakfast included fresh orange juice. it also included greek yogurt with honey. the hotel provided a yummy slice of cake each morning. the caldera view from the breakfast terrace was fine!!!
the jacuzzi was unheated.

balanced stay with some drawbacks
helpful reception excellent location breath taking view many steps faulty wifi old shower
i found alexandra at the reception super helpful. the location is excellent. the views from the room really took my breath away. the staff moved my luggage up many stairs and i really appreciated that.
i noticed there were a lot of steps to get to the lowest floor. wifi was not working properly at all. my phone had no connection from the room. i did not like that the shower was old.

cramped bathroom shower curtain
the room i booked, a standard double or twin room, was not what i expected. it was smaller than i thought, and the bathroom felt quite cramped. the shower curtain was old, it stuck to me. breakfast was ok, but it was the same every single day i didn't like the lack of variety.

authentic stay with caldera view
great location easy access beautiful views
the location was great for accessing restaurants. i found the local bus stop nearby. this made traveling to different points on the island easy. i liked the views i had while having breakfast.
the room had some outdated aspects.

the room included two twin beds pushed together and a small wardrobe. a mini-fridge was also available for storing drinks, i saw a hairdryer in the bathroom and some complimentary toiletries, nice to have available.

The hotel provides a convenient location near the main bus station, roughly three minutes away. Daily cleaning services kept the rooms fresh with towel replacements. Breakfast featured diverse options served with caldera views. The staff demonstrated consistent politeness and willingness to help.
The room had limited soundproofing, and music from nearby was audible late into the night.
