The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with our dinner reservation! breakfast offered wonderful and diverse options. It was such a great way to start each day! the complimentary shuttle service to town proved convenient. the hotel setting and view were also lovely.
The room wasn't quite ready upon my arrival. It seemed untouched for a while. bathroom toiletries were missing and the handbasin tap was loose. the shower door also had a gap, which caused water to spill onto the floor.

The suite was very spacious and clean, it had comfortable beds. the balcony was large and offered great views of the surrounding landscape. air conditioning worked perfectly. Though i didn't need to use it much.

breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold items. the terrace restaurant had a beautiful setting! and the waiter was really friendly. dinner service was very efficient and i enjoyed the local wine selection

the hotel was very busy, which did mean some wait times at reception

the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. i loved the complimentary shuttle service to town it saved me time and money. my room was clean i was very impressed. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the food tasted fresh.
the gym equipment could use an update some machines seemed a bit worn.

The breakfast had a wide variety (i especially liked the buffet meals). I also appreciated the free secure parking. The grounds were immaculate and the views were fine when walking around (i enjoyed this very much).
The hotel is slightly out of town.
