The hotel is centrally located making exploring very easy. i found the staff very friendly and supportive. They were quick to help. the room had a pleasant scent upon arrival and all linens felt very clean.

The hotel's location was superb for exploring the asian side. the nearby ferry terminal made hopping to the european side easy for sightseeing, which i did! the staff were so attentive. They always assisted with anything i needed, so kind and helpful! the room i booked was even nicer than the photos suggested. Such a nice surprise.
I thought the room was missing some cloths hangers in the bathroom and the room. It only had a wardrobe with few hangers. i wish they'd add more hangers to make things even better!
