the location is excellent!!! so many things to do are around the hotel. it is great for both business and leisure stays. i really loved the big lobby, especially for freelancers
the sound insulation is really poor. i was in room 201, and it was like there were no walls at all. i could hear conversations footsteps doors, and even knocking from neighboring rooms

The staff greeted me with big smiles and they were eager to help (so lovely!). The rooms are air-conditioned. The beds were fluffy and so comfortable. I slept so well. The hotel has an amazing location. It was in a quiet area. I appreciated the hotel staff.
The room looked much older than it was in the photos. It reminded me of the pictures were taken a while ago. I could not open the window easily. The pillows felt old. The blanket was worn out. The WiFi was not good. It was hard to load simple messaging apps.

the room smelled fresh and soft warm lighting was setup. the bed was fluffy and the pillows felt perfect. the staff responded quickly to all messages.
a duplicate of our room key was given to other guests and they unexpectedly entered our room. fortunately we were inside at the time. this was a very strange and unpleasant situation.

The hotel's location was superb for exploring the asian side. the nearby ferry terminal made hopping to the european side easy for sightseeing, which i did! the staff were so attentive. They always assisted with anything i needed, so kind and helpful! the room i booked was even nicer than the photos suggested. Such a nice surprise.
I thought the room was missing some cloths hangers in the bathroom and the room. It only had a wardrobe with few hangers. i wish they'd add more hangers to make things even better!
