Central Hotel Stay

central location friendly staff
The hotel has a very central location near shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, and the general areas are clean. I especially liked the room heating. It was easy to adjust. Breakfast had good variety, including cooked options.
I noticed that the receptionist did not seem aware of the festivities schedule? I had to ask for clarification about event timings. This caused minor confusion.

i was annoyed by a couple of things. the wifi was basically useless. i had to sign in over and over, and my husband couldn't get it to work at all. it wasn't much better than a travelodge.

central location friendly staff clean room smelly room high parking charge cramped double room
i found the location amazing, very central. The staff at the bar was friendly, and the food reached a very high standard. My room was clean and i slept good in it.
my room was smelly and dated, and not really fit for a comfortable stay. I didn't like the £15 parking charge. The double room i booked felt very cramped.
