The hotel has a very central location near shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, and the general areas are clean. I especially liked the room heating. It was easy to adjust. Breakfast had good variety, including cooked options.
I noticed that the receptionist did not seem aware of the festivities schedule? I had to ask for clarification about event timings. This caused minor confusion.

i found the location amazing, very central. The staff at the bar was friendly, and the food reached a very high standard. My room was clean and i slept good in it.
my room was smelly and dated, and not really fit for a comfortable stay. I didn't like the £15 parking charge. The double room i booked felt very cramped.
