the breakfast was excellent. i especially liked the hot english breakfast option (it set me up for the day!). the staff were consistently friendly and helpful across all areas.
the decor looks a little tired in places.

i liked the building. it was on luscious grounds. my room included central heating plus a radiator. the ensuite had a spacious shower bath combo. the golf course looked very busy, everyone seemed in great spirits.

the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. plenty of parking was available, a big plus. the hotel is located right next to the beach.
The staff member at check-in was not very cute. This affected the initial experience.
