helpful ownermusty smellslow refills
the owner WAS helpful in SOME ways.
My room smelled funny. it was musty, like old socks. breakfast SEEMED poorly managed. Items ran out quickly and refills were slow, especially the pastries. I overheard other guests complaining about the same thing.

The staff was friendly. They gave us directions. The hotel's location is excellent, and you should spend time on the terrace. We realized we could have spent more time there. enjoying a drink.

The breakfast selection offered plenty of choices. There were cereals, fruit, cheese, and meat available.
My room felt quite impersonal. There was noise early in the morning from the street and upstairs, annoying.
